Business address – Vytauto g. 48, Vilnius.

1. Service provider and scope
These terms apply to workshops and classes booked through the Soul Poetry ceramics and yoga websites. The service provider details are shown together with these terms and in the checkout summary.
2. Booking and conclusion of the contract
Before payment, the customer must check the service, date, time, venue, number of participants and total price. A temporary booking does not conclude the service contract. The contract is concluded when payment is confirmed and a confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer.
The customer must provide accurate contact details and ensure that the selected service is suitable for all registered participants.
3. Price and payment
The final total price in euros is shown immediately before the paid order is placed. Payment is processed by the payment service provider shown at checkout. The booking is not confirmed until successful payment.
4. Customer cancellation and rescheduling
The customer may cancel or ask to reschedule no later than 48 hours before the scheduled start by contacting the service provider using the published contact details. A timely cancellation is eligible for a refund or, by agreement, transfer to another available date.
If notice is received less than 48 hours before the start or the participant does not attend, the fee is not refunded, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. A substitute participant may attend if the service provider is informed in advance.
5. Changes or cancellation by the service provider
If the service provider cancels the service or makes a material change that the customer does not accept, the customer may choose another available date or receive a refund for the affected service.
6. Statutory right of withdrawal
The services are leisure activities provided on a specific date or during a specific period. Under Article 6.228¹⁰(2)(12) of the Lithuanian Civil Code, the statutory 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply. The cancellation rights in section 4 are voluntary contractual rights granted by the service provider.
7. Complaints and disputes
Complaints may be submitted to the service provider by email. A reasoned response will be provided within 14 days. If the dispute is not resolved, a consumer may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (A. Goštauto g. 12, 01108 Vilnius, www.vvtat.lrv.lt).
